At this time we remember our inspiration and patron Late Shri Bam! He would have been pleased with our efforts today!I am sure his blessings are with us where ever he is!

Today another hotel started to supply additional 300 food packets! Commitment to Collector office to continue this till the lock-down lasts!     • Today's meal Drive.... Myself ( Mangesh Kathe) personally took part as Sujan Nagarik Representative, in food Distribution with dedicated and really social team of Robin Hood Army, lead by two lady leaders Seema Patel and Heena Patil. While distributing food to real Hungry and poor people, I felt that " Mazya Jivanche Chij Zale"... I am proud of being member of "Sujan Nagrik Munch"... Today realised the purpose foundation of this Munch by Hounerabls Kai. Bhushmaraj Bam Sir. I feel myself lucky that I got chance to interact with such great person in my life. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    • Dear Friends, As u may be knowing,the current lock down has put the daily wage earners in great difficulties.They have no income to buy food grains.SujanNagarik Manch in colaboration with other NGOs is trying to do its bit to help the needy We r arranging to distribute packets of Rice and Dal at such locations with Manav Uthan Manch. But some of the poor families don't have the where-with-all even for cooking!So there is need to distribute ready to eat cooked food also!This is being done by another NGO,Robinhood Army,which is arranging for food distribution drives to the needy in Nashik area as regular activity! All of us can help in several ways: a) By generous donations for buying food grains which we will arrange to distribute as packets or ready cooked food to the needy in Nashik.You can donate on line to our bank a/c as per details given separately . b)Donate Food grains like Rice and Pulses etc c)Work as a volunteer.     Our MLA Mrs Simatai Hiray and Shri Mahesh Hiray ha always been supportive of this project since inception.They have been encouraging us by their presence in our functions.A concrete help has been given by them by installing"Green Gym"near the jogging track!And finally they gave us a big moral boost by awarding SNM the "Khandesh Ratna"award!We are forever thankful for all this!

    On 15th Aug the Children's Park at Nikhil park,Kamatwada,having Green Jim and Jogging Track was dedicated to people by our MLA Smt. Seematai Hirey! The park has come with the help from Smt. Seematai Hirey,local corporators and the citizens relentless efforts over past two years under the banner of Sujan Nagarik Manch!

    • He was our guide and mentor and his thought was behind our social initiatives! A great personality with rare combination of a Karmyogi having deep knowledge of our traditional yogic and religious practices along with a down to earth practical perspective and compassion for all! Its a great personal loss for me!

We identified 20 shops of Indira nagar area,Gave each shop 50 Cloth bags Free & requested them to charge Rs.3 from customer.We expect these shops will not give plastic carry bags after March 31.If they give, we will ensure fine of Rs 5000 through NMC.Our ultimate goal is to eliminate plastic carry bags from Indira nagar & make it GREEN ZONE by March 31, 2017.

    • Thirtysix ninth class students from Vaishampayan School joined the "Parisar Swacchata Abhiyaan " around the Ganesh Mandir in Mahatmanagar this morning (23 rd July).All lanes were absolutely cleaned in a jiffy! Best way to learn is to do!
